Camp Pick-up and Drop-off

  • Please feel  free to park and escort your child to the first day of classso that you can see where the class is held and meet the teacher.
  • Pick-up and drop-off takes place in the lower parking lot, near the rear doors of the building .
  • We ask that you do not drop your child off early for camp.  Drop off begins at 9:15am for the am classes, & 12:45pm for the pm classes.
  • CCAA does not provide supervision before or after camp.  Please do not leave your child unless a staff person is outside ready to greet them.
  • Please keep in mind that we lock the back doors promptly at 9:45am.  Should you arrive late, please enter through the front doors of the Art
  • Center.
  • For pick up, parents/guardians circle the bottom lot, in a counter clockwise direction.  Please stay in your car.  Staff will assist children into the cars.
  • No One picks up from the upper parking lot.
  • For safety reasons dashboard cards will be given to every student, you must have one of them with you to pick up your child.
  • We ask that you not call to your child from your vehicle; we do not want children running in the parking lot.
  • Please do not park in the bottom lot at the time of pick-up or drop-off.  If you need to enter the building, use the top parking lot.
  • Be considerate of other drivers and staff helping to make this a safe environment for your children.
