2007 Gala Fundraiser and Art Exhibition

The event included a silent and live auction, dining, open bar, music & dancing with catering by Butterfish Restaurant.
On display that night were original works of art created by prominent Chester County artists, as well as CCAA's award winning 2007 Philadelphia Flower Show display Gauguin's Bedroom. The artwork and flower show display items were all for sale that evening. The event's highlight? -- a private showing of select artwork from the collection of George Mershon, which includes work by Peter Hurd, Andrew Wyeth's brother-in-law who is credited with teaching him tempera painting.
