Our second annual pumpkin “Art” Carve and Fall Festival will be held Wednesday, October 22, from 5 to 9 p.m.  The event will be held rain or shine, outdoors, on the grounds of the art center, near the lower parking lot.

Come join in the fun.  Even if you don't plan to carve, there is plenty to see and do. Food venders will be selling hot cider and autumn fare. Local artists will be displaying their original art work and handmade crafts.

There is also a fun scarecrow “Make-and-Take” contest ! (All supplies will be available but participants are welcome to bring their own scarecrow accessories.)

This year, we added an adult carver category and a coloring contest for the very young  (e.g. too young to enter our pumpkin painting contest).

Participants in the adult carving contest have a chance to win prizes  -- some up to $200 in value!

Participants in the “12 year-old and under” contest have a chance to win a FREE class at Chester County Art Association.   This category is actually a pumpkin painting contest – participants paint rather than carve their designs.

What else is in store?
Live Music
Face Painting and other family activities
Art demonstrations including silkscreen printing

And free admission!
