For students who have an interest in writing and directing movies. Learn to craft a plot and believable characters through the basics of good storytelling. Students will learn a brief history of film and spend time behind the camera learning the basics of cinematography and composition. The emphasis will always be having fun and destroying the myth that the movies are out of your reach. Movie clips will be shown, ratings ranging from G to PG-13. Bring a notebook and pencil or pen to the first class. Any other materials will be discussed during class.
