Kathleen Halligan Koberg earned a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and a masters degree in Education with a certificate in Elementary Education. During the school year she is a teacher of the gifted in the West Chester Area School District. Working with young children and a broad range of media, Kathleen uses her enthusiasm for the arts in the classroom at CCAA during the summer.
