Saturday, June 4, 2022 2-5 PM Namaste! My name is Vidya. I am an artist, and I paint mandalas. Join me on Saturday, June 4, 2022, to experience the art of painting mandalas. I will teach you the process of making mandalas while you sip Indian Chai and immerse yourself in mediative music. The retreat also includes a short presentation about mandalas, sharing gratitude, a Sanskrit prayer, and storytelling. A mandala is a geometric meditative art that embodies beauty, harmony, and wellness. The repertoire of symmetrical motifs in mandalas indicates that life is a continuum. They convey the notion that our cycle of Karmic and Dharmic actions determines our path to a meaningful and peaceful life. We never feel caught up with our to-do lists. We are tired, stressed, and overwhelmed. We need to take time for ourselves.
