What’s included in the rental fee?

• Staff and/or artist instructor on site
• Free parking for 54 vehicles
• Lightweight easels for signage/displays

Is there ample parking?
Yes, we have free, private parking for 54 vehicles in 2 adjacent lots. 
 
May alcohol be served at our event?
Yes, contingent on providing certificate of insurance covering the event; adult (21+) must serve the alcohol.
 
Is there a kitchen facility?
At this time, a limited kitchen is available with working area, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and sink.

What types of events can be held at CCAA?
We’ve hosted small wedding ceremonies, milestone anniversaries, birthday parties and celebration-of-life receptions, non-profit galas, as well as annual meetings and lectures for local businesses and other non-profit organizations.
